XtreemPMTA is an Ultimate Auto DIY Bulk Email Server System also know as PowerMTA auto-install script or system.
XtreemPMTA Create & Setup Unlimited Email Server just fraction of minutes with latest MTA along with Top ESP ( Interspire & MailWizz ) frontend application and all required records like RDNS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, Auto TLS encryption and many others for better inboxing & Deliverability
XtreemPMTA also included List cleaning tools along with more than 30 plus Awesome bonus software and Web Apps for next edge Emailing.

XtreemPMTA creates a secure server configuration based on Linux operating system that we’ll be able to access over SSHand SFTP. We’ll have webmail, POP3, IMAP, and SMTP for our system emails like postmaster, abuse, DMARC, … We’ll set up reverse DNSmultiple IPs, domains, … and at the end automatic backups so our work will not be lost in case anything goes wrong.

Your Bulk Email server will use PowerMTA with a smart queue and custom domain rules for best deliverability. PowerMTA will also take care of automatic bounce processingunlimited SMTPs/MTAs, and backoff rules so that even the worst-case scenarios will have a happy ending. Of course, we’ll also make sure our DKIM, DMARC, and SPF records are set up correctly and that Feedback loops (FBL) or spam complaints are properly taken care of without any work from our end.

Features Of XtreemPMTA.

IP Rate Limiting
XtreemPMTA now supports IP-based rate limiting which is designed to give delivery engineers/admins additional control and allows for throttling the number of attempted recipients on a per-hour, per-minute, and per-second basis separately for each IP address and for each domain/VirtualMTA. This feature will be primarily used by senders that define multiple IPs in a single VirtualMTA and that want to limit the attempted delivery rate for each IP address in the VirtualMTA to its respective domains.

Scheduled Delivery Control
XtreemPMTA now supports the ability to schedule deliveries via a header. This may be very useful for instances when it takes a long time to build a campaign, or if you need to adhere to strict delivery windows, or if there is a need to have a campaign go out very quickly (e.g. flash sales); therefore, the campaign needs to be in the queue and ready for delivery at the start of the event. The feature allows for scheduling multiple delivery windows.

VirtualMTAs
VirtualMTA technology allows senders to control the source IP address for every single message. Each VirtualMTA performs independently; therefore, as long as the source IP is not blacklisted, your message has a higher chance of being routed to the inbox.

Consolidate servers, reduce manpower and streamline email flow while offering precise delivery control with options to enable or disable DomainKeys and/or DKIM-based sender authentication.

Delivery Policy Management
Define and apply delivery policies globally, per recipient domain, per campaign, per client, or per VirtualMTA. Specify granular delivery rates down to an “X messages per second” basis. XtreemPMTA Delivery Policy Management improves deliverability, mitigate reputation issues, and also provides:

Ability to break connections of lower priority queues

Warm-up feature to help build IP address reputation

Ability to pause queues and delete or re-start

Authentication Tools
XtreemPMTA ’s authentication tools make it easy for senders to adopt the latest specifications and ensure ongoing compliance by providing automated stamping and sending of messages as required by Sender ID and DomainKeys specifications (including cryptographic signatures, header insertion, and protocol extensions). Messages are verified for compliance prior to delivery, and messages that fail the authentication check are removed from the queue and reported as failures.

Integration and Personalization
Integration with your favorite CRM is easy with XtreemPMTA:

Standard submission interface using SMTP File-based submission using pickup directory Proprietary submission interface through our API (C, C++, Java, Perl, .NET) Data exports from delivery log (XML, CSV, HTML, etc.) API to delivery log (C, Java, Perl) Forwarding of inbound messages to file or via local pipe
Power Queue
At the heart of IP Manager by ResellerSMTP™ is performance, reliability and effortless scalability. IP Manager by ResellerSMTP™ easily delivers 10x more messages per hour than leading open source alternatives such as Postfix and corporate mail systems. The Power Queue processes both outbound and inbound message processing

Platforms
Microsoft Windows (2008/2012 or any other server-class Windows OS, including 64-bit) RedHat 9 or later RedHat Fedora Core 1 or later RedHat Enterprise 4.4 or later Debian Platform Other RPM and Debian-based distributions supported 32-bit and 64-bit support

Auto-Cold VMTA
Rate Increase XtreemPMTA now supports the ability to auto-increase cold VirtualMTA mail volumes with a list of daily limits. This makes it simple to have a set it and forget it configuration for warming new IP addresses.

SMTP Delivery Reporting
XtreemPMTA lets you track granular delivery metrics and access the data through a variety of methods including Command-line statistics and analysis utility Web-based status monitoring Data export of statistics log (XML, CSV, HTML, etc.) Data can be accessed in real-time or batch mode. Statistics can also be retrieved on a “per job” or “Virtual MTA” basis.

Bounce Classification
Segment email into classes and separate the delivery of compliant email from non-compliant streams over different IP addresses. The limitations are endless with mail stream segmentation and there is no limit to the number of VirtualMTAs. IP Manager by ResellerSMTP™ has a built-in Feedback Loop Processor that identifies hard and soft bounces and will classify up to 20 different bounce categories gathered from various ISPs.

How Much I send?

Everything depends on how big your list is. If for example, you want to send 10000 emails per hour, the optimum server would have 10 IPs and would be using 10 domains or subdomains. This way each IP/domain would send 1000 emails per hour. The more IPs and domains the better differently applies here.

Minimum system requirements for sending from 1 IP/domain:

  • VPS (KVM, OpenVZ, XEN, …)
  • CentOS 6 x64 minimal
  • 1 core
  • 1 GB RAM
  • 10 GB HDD
  • 1 IP
  • 1 domain

I theory a server like this could also be used with more IPs and domains but could get to its peak point.

Here are recommended system requirements based on the number of used IPs/domains

Everything will run on the same server so our server must have enough power. Here are our recommendations:

5-19 IPs/domains

  • VPS or Dedicated server
  • 2 cores
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 20 GB SSD

20-99 IPs/domains

  • VPS or Dedicated server
  • 4 cores
  • 16GB RAM
  • 40 GB SSD

100+ IPs/domains

  • VPS or Dedicated server
  • 8 cores
  • 32GB RAM
  • 100 GB SSD
